Confirming a booking
- On the booking page (in Chinese), choose a plan and a time slot, then press pay. Once you press pay, the slot is held for you for 10 minutes. One-on-one readings are held in Mandarin Chinese.
- After paying the deposit on Portaly, go back to the booking page and enter the name you'd like me to use and your LINE ID (or phone number). That confirms the booking. Please finish in the same browser. If anything goes wrong, contact the official LINE account.
- If you pay after the 10 minutes are up, the deposit is still valid. If someone else has booked your slot in the meantime, the page will ask you to pick another one, with no need to pay again. If no slot suits you, we can arrange one through the official LINE account.
- Slots less than 2 hours away can't be booked. One deposit covers one booking.
- The day before, I'll send you the meeting place or the video link on LINE.
Balance
- In-person readings: pay the balance in cash after the reading.
- For online readings, please transfer the balance before we start; we begin once it has been received.
Rescheduling and cancelling
- Each booking can be rescheduled once, whether it's more or less than 48 hours before the appointment. Contact me through the official LINE account. The time your message is sent is what counts.
- If you cancel, the deposit is not refunded. If the time just doesn't work, you can reschedule once instead.
- If you don't show up for your booking, the deposit is not refunded.
- If I cancel, your deposit is refunded in full.
Written readings and year-ahead readings
- Within 7 days of confirming payment and receiving your question, I'll send you a PDF through the official LINE account. Written readings can be in English or Chinese.
- Within 7 days of receiving it, you can ask one follow-up question about the reading, and I'll reply in writing.
What a reading is
A reading offers an interpretation for you to consider. It can't replace medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Whether you act on it, and what you do next, is your decision.
Confidentiality
What we talk about in a reading is never made public. For how personal data is handled, see the privacy notice.
